By accessing or using the BL4CKDragonz website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, regardless of whether you create an account.

Browsing the Site, listening to audio previews, and viewing products does not require an account. However, purchasing music requires an authenticated account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information, including a valid email address.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may choose a display name for your account. Display names must not contain HTML, scripts, or malicious content. We reserve the right to reject or remove display names that violate these Terms.

All prices for music licenses are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed through Mercado Pago, our third-party payment provider. By initiating a purchase, you authorize Mercado Pago to charge the displayed amount to your selected payment method.

The price displayed at checkout is determined server-side from our product database. You cannot modify, discount, or alter the price through the browser or any client-side mechanism. The final price is confirmed by the payment provider at the time of transaction.

Upon confirmation of payment by Mercado Pago, you will receive access to:

• A high-quality WAV file of the purchased track, available for download through a time-limited secure link.
• A license PDF document containing your License ID, Order ID, and the terms of your license.

Download links are generated server-side and are only accessible to the account associated with the purchase. A purchase is considered complete only after payment is confirmed by the payment provider — not when checkout is initiated.

All music available on the Site is the intellectual property of BL4CKDragonz. Purchasing a track grants you a license to use the music according to the license type selected at checkout:

• Partial License (Non-Commercial): Permits personal, non-commercial use of the music. You may use the music in personal projects, but may not monetize, distribute, or use it in commercial works.
• Full License (Commercial): Permits commercial use of the music in accordance with the terms specified in your license PDF. This may include use in films, games, advertisements, and other commercial productions, subject to the limitations described in the license document.

Neither license transfers ownership of the underlying musical composition or recording. All rights not expressly granted in the license PDF are reserved by BL4CKDragonz.

All content on this Site, including music, sound effects, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BL4CKDragonz or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is prohibited.

You may:

• Download and use purchased music according to your selected license type.
• Listen to audio previews on the Site without an account.
• Share links to the Site and its content.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute purchased music files.
• Use the music beyond the scope of your purchased license.
• Remove or alter any watermarks, metadata, or copyright notices.
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or extract content from the Site.
• Attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or security measures.
• Use the Site to violate any applicable law or regulation.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at the time of purchase, as your license and download links are associated with your account email. You are responsible for securely storing your downloaded files and license PDF. We are not obligated to maintain indefinite access to download links beyond what is available through your account's "My Purchases" page.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once payment is confirmed and digital files have been delivered. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis for situations such as duplicate purchases or technical failures on our end. To request a refund, contact us using the information in Section 13.

If a payment is initiated but not completed, no charge is applied and no digital content is delivered.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the Site's services, or attempt to circumvent payment or security measures. Upon suspension, your access to purchased content may be revoked.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BL4CKDragonz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or its content. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
